Our recent stay at the Radisson Red Madrid was truly a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and friendly service that made us feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting a positive tone for our stay. Thanks to wjotek. The hotel itself boasts a modern, stylish design with a vibrant and trendy atmosphere. Our room was clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The contemporary decor and thoughtful touches made it feel both chic and cozy. One of the highlights was the hotel's location — conveniently situated near key attractions, shopping districts, and excellent dining options, making it easy to explore Madrid. We also enjoyed the lively atmosphere in the common areas and the innovative concept of the hotel, which blends comfort with a youthful, energetic vibe. The on-site facilities, including the bar and lounge, offered a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff were attentive and always willing to assist, ensuring our needs were met promptly. Overall, our experience at Radisson Red Madrid exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and centrally located hotel in Madrid. We look forward to returning!

The only downside was the constant noise from the AC system, which we couldn’t turn off despite our efforts. The fridge was also noisy, but unplugging it solved the issue. Fortunately, staying on the 5th floor minimized any noise from nearby clubs. Also, we booked a superior room but couldn’t quite tell the difference from a standard one. Based on the photos, we expected a larger space, a small sofa, and double sinks, but our room had a standard layout with a single sink and no extra seating. After checking, we were told that our room was indeed a superior category, though it wasn’t clear what made it so. That said, we still had a great stay overall.

His helpful attitude really stood out and made a positive impression. The rest of the staff were also courteous and welcoming throughout our stay. However, one area that could be improved was housekeeping—specifically, the shower gel and hand wash were not refilled during our visit, which caused some inconvenience. Despite that, we would still recommend this hotel and would gladly return for another stay.

Virtually everything. Our main contact, Roger, was quite helpful as were all the staff we encountered. I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t partake. The bars, especially the rooftop, were excellent. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was very accommodating. Metro was convenient to the property.
