This hotel is so underrated it's unreal! It exceeded my expectations and had such a great aura to it! The vibe in the hotel is just what you need for a city break and the decor is great! Whether it be with your friends or spouse, even kids! This hotel is definitely on my top list of places to stay now. I'm not sure why this is rated as 4 stars as I would easily say it is a 5 star hotel. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels before and this one definitely matched if not exceeded them. Also the location could not be any more perfect, we had everything in walking distance!! With a vast amount of food options at our doorstep! They have live music, restaurant and bar is great and they've a great amount of options for breakfast for all dietary requirements. They even have a photobooth!!

When booking, we asked the two rooms to be close to each other, but at the moment of check-in it wasn't available. Yet, the receptionist at check-in did his best to solve it, including suggesting upgrade of rooms (but we did not agree due to personal reasons). Also, the breakfast staff were very friendly. The breakfast itself included a selection of seeds and dried fruits (good for our regime of nutrition). The rooms were very clean and sufficiently staffed.

Fantastic hotel, walking distance to all the required amenities that you would possibly need. 4/5 mins walk from the main train station and about 10/12 walk to the main square. Room we had was on the 8th floor, was perfect, modern, clean and spacious. Got a good deal too. Reception and lobby area was great, I spent some time working in the AM and it was great. Didn’t try the restaurant or room service but both options looked great. The concept of Radisson Red is very modern, city and city style. Clean, fresh and a young brand. Overall a very good hotel, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else next time I travel to Madrid.

Great stay at Radisson Red. Fantastic location, clean, great vibe and we couldn’t hear any noise coming from the hall or the street (we had a room on the 6th floor facing the street). Comfortable bed and pillows, well equipped room with everything you need. It didn’t have an iron but did have a steamer which worked really well. Really appreciated the water filter machine on our floor so we could refill our water bottles with cold water before heading out for the day. There are three elevators and we never had to wait more than a couple of seconds for it to arrive, even when the hotel was fully booked. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. When we checked in (used online check in prior to arriving) it was fast and efficient. We did have to change rooms as the first room they gave us didn’t have our preferred bed type, but it only took a quick call to reception and they moved us right away. Staff were very helpful and provided lots of information on sights and excursions. Hop on hop off bus stop right across the street couldn’t have been more convenient and if you are arriving at Atocha train station this hotel is very close to it. We really enjoyed our morning walks in Retiro park which was also just around the corner. Cab from Plaza Mayor was short ride (6.20€ with Cabify). We didn’t eat at the hotel, so can’t comment on the restaurant. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is superb, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. It made getting around and exploring the city incredibly convenient. My room was modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in the design and amenities really stood out. I had a great night's sleep in the cozy bed. What truly made my stay special, though, was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, my stay at Radisson RED Madrid exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic and memorable stay in the city.

It's a nice chic hotel, near the Prado and Retiro Park (and the main train station). The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was quite well sound proofed. (I could just barely hear some traffic sounds at night, but they were not disturbing.) We especially appreciated the water bottle, refrigerator, and bed side outlets.

Excellent location near Atocha Station, el Jardín Botánico, El Retiro & Barrio de las Letras. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful-- especially Kiko, who was able to facilitate an early check-in. Rooms are well equipped - bottles of water provided, lotion, shower cap, cotton balls, swabs, etc. There's a filtered water machine at the end of each hall. We stayed here twice because of the location, comfortable beds & quiet rooms. Stay on an upper floor!

The central location is great. We easily walked to many amazing museums, shops, parks, plazas, restaurants and the train station Puerta de Atocha. It seemed to have enough staffing. The staff was very receptive, friendly and multilingual. Our room and common areas were clean and well appointed except for a refrigerator problem.
